The difference we provide is due to our commitment to processes, procedures, and accountability. We provide daily reports with pictures of our work. This report is customizable to show our performance in the client’s specific areas of concern.

We offer various means for clients to provide feedback, including text, email, and direct phone calls.

We will always quickly adjust our procedures and reports to permanently implement feedback, that can make us better, or that can address concerns clients might have. (Even if the feedback is for small details. I love feedback, no matter how small, because it always makes us better.)

In addition to the daily report, clients receive a monthly report, which details all preventive maintenance and deep cleaning services provided in that month. The monthly report also features all the correspondence we have received over the course of the month and how each communication was resolved.
